SHIPPING - Delivery charges and policies
Clair de Lune delivers within Canada via Canada Post. Because shipping rates may vary depending on the number of items, weight of shipment and the shipping destination, our policy is to offer shipping and handling FIXED RATES based on your shipping destination. *Please note that for remote destinations and large orders surplus shipping fees may apply.

Shipping rates are based on orders not exceeding 13 pds (6,0 Kg.) weight. Note: some items are subject to an extra shipping charge, due to weight or over-size.
Orders leave our warehouse 3 business days after the order is placed and payment approved. Please allow between 4 and 7 business days to receive your order. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. If your order is delayed we will notify you immediately.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When you order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Canada Post with detailed delivery information for your shipment, including the Canada Post reference tracking # so you can click on the link to Canada Post’s web site and monitor the status of your shipment.

RETURN POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction on all Clair de Lune products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a Clair de Lune credit to be used on a future purchase on-line OR offer a replacement if your order is defective or damaged. Clair de Lune products can be returned within 15 days of delivery receipt. Products must be unused. Simply complete the Return Form indicating credit or replacement and accompany it with your original invoice and return items. Exchange items must be in their original packaging and be undamaged, unless you are returning product due to defect or damage.

In the case that Clair de Lune failed to deliver the product you ordered or if the product is defective, Clair de Lune will reimburse the cost of transportation, provided you return the product to us by Canada Post. Clair de Lune is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
